20 years and still wrinkle-free
To tackle Lancaster’s solar range is to tackle a monument of the cosmetic world: ever since the launch of the first range in 1971, dressed in orange to contrast with its competitors’ brown packaging, the monegasque brand has turned its solar products into its flagship range. It is thus out of the question to abandon this defining colour when in 2000 Lancaster entrusts centdegrés with the relooking of the packaging of its solar products, at the dawn of the 21st century.
We have therefore changed everything while making sure that nothing seems changed: reshaping the character and the roundness of the bottles while redrawing the volumes; adding a touch of light to the historical orange to render it shinier and more luminous; imagining a ring of color that would identify the level of solar protection…
In 20 years, the brand has evolved at the rhythm of multiple technical innovations that have always projected Lancaster at the forefront of uncontested specialists of solar products…
Everything has evolved except the packaging, which is still unmistakable and… wrinkle-free!
