SUZE

This famous drink is made from an aromatic base using 50% wild roots. It is a subtle mix of infusion and gentian spirit enhanced by a carefully measured dosage of aromatic plant extracts, obtained by maceration. In addition to the traditional aspect of its fabrication, Suze markets itself in a contemporary spirit by regularly asking designers to create limited editions. Centdegrés organized the two projects around the famous couturiers Sonia Rykiel and Paco Rabanne.
