The first restaurant of Mathieu Viannay in Dubai, unveals a tribute to the emblematic city of Lyon along with the Chef know-how.
An inspired-Lyon city concept that take you to a culinary journey. Once you step into the entance, you find yourself surrounded by a sculptural path made of arches, a hint to the signature architecture style named “traboules”.
A scenery of wooden arches succession surrounded with high-end details as mosaic made of marble and typical faience finishes. A refined materials combinaison to highlight the kitchen along with the home-made delicacies.
This sculptural corridor leads you to a sumptuous “inside private garden”. Delicate textures, suspended paper flowers and warm colors embrace the guests within a welcoming atmosphere, surrounded by iconic silk tapestries as a tribute to the Lyon city traditional craftsmanship.
