It is a prestigious, mythical and historical address: Parisians have been lounging at the Palais Royal for over three centuries… The restaurant was withering away under its ancestral arcades, a little old fashioned, a little has-been, when centdegrés took it upon itself to bring it back to life in 2014. To preserve the nobility of the place, to reanimate it, to offer an understated luxury that brings together tradition and modernity, to create an elegant coat of arms, to invent a singular universe that is in perfect harmony with our current times while still seeming to have existed forever.
