In 1950, a lead designer of Lafuma created the Relax, a foldable chair based on a parallel structure comfortable to the user in every position. The object becomes an almost instant classic. Forty years later, Lafuma asks centdegrés, who has already re-designed their logo, to re-invent and modernize the classic Relax. The objective is to re-design the structure, focus attention on the details and rationalize its industrial manufacture. As a result; the sales quadrupled!
We have accompanied the Relax for 20 years by making sure that the chair never truly ages, making it a fetish object both for the brand and the agency.
